The high plains of Kansas and Colorado provide stunning visual gifts. To experience them, you need to be willing to leave the speed and efficiency of the four lane Interstate and allow yourself to be absorbed in to the landscape. This picture was taken north and east of Seibert, Colorado shortly after a thunderstorm rolled through.
